Women's Lacrosse 2025 Information

Coaching staff: Mike Strong, Raphael Klug, Caleb Jacobs

Seniors - Please note, due to CIF rules you cannot play on the JV team so you can only be evaluated/tryout for varsity. You will be trying out and evaluated against varsity level players.

Equipment: You will need cleats, a lacrosse stick, mouthguard, and eye cage. We do have a limited amount of loaner equipment that girls can use during evaluations. Once you are on a team you are expected to have your own gear/equipment. See below for suggested links for equipment.

Practice: Practices will be held Monday through Thursday from 7:00pm to 9:15pm. Players must attend at least three practices each week.

Games: Pre-season games will start in late February. Most JV games will be at 5:30pm and Varsity at 7:15pm on the same day.

Player Practice Pack: Player Packs will include a windbreaker type pant, practice shirt (both will be ordered after teams are set due to size the specific sizing), pair of socks, ball, team/individual pictures, end of season coaches gifts, and Booster fees. The packs cost approximately $300. A windbreaker jacket that matches the pants will be available for purchase separate from the player pack.

Uniforms/Gear: Each player will be provided a uniform and a brand-new backpack for the season. The uniform set includes home jersey, away jersey, and one pair of shorts. It is the player’s responsibility to care for the uniform and gear during the season and return it in good condition at the end of the season. Please be sure to launder them prior to returning.

**Families will be responsible for replacement costs if the uniforms or gear are not returned or are returned damaged. Players will complete and sign a form for Uniform/Gear Check Out. The form must be signed acknowledging the information and associated costs for lost or damaged gear/uniforms.

Parent Volunteers: Parental help is always appreciated and helps our season run smoothly. Parents are needed to assist at games to set up the field, run the scoreboard, work the score table and keep the scorebook, and clean up. We will also need parents to organize Senior Night. We will have a training night for parents once we kick off the season. We’ll have sign-ups at the parent meeting once the season kicks off.
