Athletic Clearance

Don't Forget - Athletic Clearance is Required

You must have your Athletic Clearance completed with the school prior to any physical participation including conditioning with lacrosse. Click here or go to the WCHS website for information and how to obtain your clearance.

PLEASE NOTE: The school/district no longer accepts physicals completed by a Chiropractor's office.
